Client Care Specialist

The Role

The Client Care team is responsible for providing the first line of support to our global client base. We are therefore looking for articulate, enthusiastic and capable individuals to join our team to provide a high level of customer service.

Client care specialists are required to answer incoming calls on behalf of our client, providing a first time resolution and the best experience possible for our customers. You will adhere to effective questioning requirements in an effort to manage all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner and ensure that the customer feels valued at all times.

Client care specialists will also support the general enquiries email inbox and participate in ad hoc client experience initiatives as directed.

* Great communication skills and resourceful nature – demonstrating a calm, gracious demeanour and problem solving skills for complex queries

* You will be PC literate and a comfortable using various in-house systems.

* Excellent attention to detail is required, along with excellent written skills for formal emails and correspondence

* Pleasant client service-oriented attitude

* Strong listening and effective questioning skills

* Skills in navigating websites and relaying instructions in a clear manner

* Strong team player with ability to organise, coordinate and execute on details

Working Hours

20 Hours per week (16:30-20:30) Mon-Fri

Rate of Pay

£9.00 per hour rising to £9.50 per hour following successful completion of probationary period

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Business Knowledge

* Experience of a fast paced and evolving customer facing environment.

* Experience of working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

* Understanding of our companies and our clients values.

* Confidence in navigating through various internal computer systems.

* An ability to work with others to ensure ideas and best practice are shared, as well as an ability to be able to work with minimal supervision.
