Role: Part Time Front of House Receptionist (Afternoon)

Location: Bradford

Hours: Part time Monday- Friday 12.30pm-5.30pm

Salary: £16,000 pro rata

Start date: ASAP

Are you an experienced receptionist looking for a new and busy role? If so we have an excellent opportunity to join our client on permanent basis.

This role is a Part time permanent role offering a salary of £16,000 pro rata. The client wants someone to start ASAP.

Duties include

* Answer all telephone calls; maintaining the standards set by the business
* Taking detailed messages and transferring calls to relevant departments
* Greet all visitors in a professional manner and ensure that they are signed in. In addition, ensure that the host has been notified within a reasonable timescale
* Ensure that all visitors are made aware of the Company fire, safety and corporate requirements
* Update telephone system records with starter and leaver information from HR
* Switch on 'night service' at the close of business
* Report all telephone faults to the Group Health, Safety & Facilities Manager immediately
* Ensure the reception area is kept clean and tidy at all times
* Assist the Facilities team in the processing of internal and external mail
* Manage and maintain the access control database and have overall responsibility for the issuing and retrieving of access passes for all employees and visitors
* Recording cheques from incoming post into an Excel document
* Dealing with queries both face to face and via telephone
* Manage the 'on site' parking facilities and direct employees and visitors accordingly
* Manage the reception 'inbox' and deal with all queries and requests within 24 hours of receipt
* Ability to work effectively as an individual as well as part of a team
* Provide cover for annual leave, training & sickness

Experience Required

* Previous reception experience is essential for this role
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to deal with people at all levels, understanding and reacting effectively to their needs
* Polite and professional telephone manner
* Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
* Excellent admin and PC skills
