Our client has a new position for a Post Room Assistant, due the nature of the role a current DBS will be required.

The main purpose of this role is to ensure that the internal and external mail is efficiently sorted and delivered as well as effectively supporting the scanning team.

As the post room assistant you will have day to day contact with all levels of staff as well as Royal Mail, couriers, mailroom suppliers, therefore good communication skill are required.

In this role you will be required to move mail sacks, lift boxes (up to 11kg) and be a good team player.

This is an on-going assignment. The hours of work will be from Monday to Friday, 12.30 to 17.30
