Description

Position: Recruitment Officer

Location: Southampton Football Club

Working Pattern: 5 days over 7

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

·       Maintain a list of casual staff through an ongoing recruitment process ensuring procedures are followed in a timely and efficient manner.
·       Arrange & conduct interviews, issuing offers of employment and processing contracts and ensuring that eligibility to work information is checked and kept on file.
·       To work with our HR team to ensure a smooth on boarding process.
·       Respond to applicants’ telephone & email enquiries.
·       Process leavers documentation.
·       To run recruitment campaigns, attend recruitment fairs & liaise with local universities and colleges.
·       Support the department by ensuring workloads are covered and service is maintained when other team members are absent.
·       Undertake any other duties as reasonably delegated by your line manager.
·       To help and offer information to new starters regarding the on boarding process.
·       Support the department on a match day with the staff check in & out process.
·       Ensure all online training modules are completed by both new starters and existing staff.
·       At all times, role model behaviour in line with our values; Inclusive, Inquisitive and Uplifting
·       Keep our booking and learning platforms clean and up to date, removing old data.

Skills

·       Excellent admin, time management & communication skills
·       Demonstrate versatility and flexibility in a constantly evolving environment
·       Good attention to detail Relationship building

Knowledge

·       Company systems, policies and procedures
·       Understand the recruitment market Basic HR policies

 

         

Requirements

·       Experience in a similar position with a proven track record

·       Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and power point Experience within the Contract Catering, Hospitality and/or Retail Industry

·       English language A Level or equivalent (minimum requirement).
