My client has a well-established business based on the outskirts of Stone, who are now recruiting a new team member to join their Sales Office department.

Ideally, they are looking for someone who is bright and bubbly on the phone, working within an existing and highly motivated team your duties will include the following:
Answering the phones, processing sales orders, processing quotes, cold calling.
General admin duties such as paperwork, filing, emailing.
Providing general information and responding to enquiries supporting the sales team.

Ideally you will have:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Ability to work accurately, under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Good team worker with ability to also work unsupervised on any given task.
Excellent numerical skills.
Be flexible and adaptable to change.

Hours would be Thursday and Friday 9am to 5pm with some flexibility to cover holiday leave when required.

This is a temporary on going position
