A Secretary is required to join a small, well-established organisation based in Sandwich on a maternity cover contract.

The incoming candidate will be able to undertake general administrative duties, but will need to undertake effective audio typing – as such, experience of audio typing is required.

Proven generalist administrative experience is required but full training on specialist management softwares will be provided. The successful applicant will be able to multi-task effectively, be self-motivated, and have excellent communication skills considering daily interaction with external clients.

Candidates are welcomed to apply for immediate consideration. Working hours can be flexible – and can be discussed upon application. Owing to the length of the contract candidates will need to be able to be available for to take on a maternity cover contract and commit to the contract through its entirety.
