Description

The role is a superb part time opportunity working within a successful team offering great working environment with benefits too.
The role is for one year fixed term contract to be reviewed in line with other vacancies where possible at the end of the contract and the salary will be pro rata of full time equivalent.

The ideal candidate must have good administration background, excellent customer service skills and enjoy completing the following:

- managing customer orders, processing accurately & on time
- producing reports for department & sending out to the team
- working to manage deliveries effectively for customers
- liaising with different departments effectively to ensure great customer service resolution
- maintain stock and data systems as required
- manage availability, returns and same day deliveries process too
