The role of Apprentice Business Administrator plays a crucial part in supporting to shape the direction of the business in line with the company vision. You will be working on a variety of administrative tasks which will enable the growth of the brand and the ability to increase market share.

Location: Near Bank Station EC4N

Hours of Work: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Mon-Fri) 37 hours per week with one hour for lunch

Annual Holiday Entitlement: 24 days paid holiday per annum, plus 8 statutory days and an additional day off for your birthday

Pay: Competitive

Position Title: Apprentice Business Administrator

Job Description:

Working in a fast-paced environment your duties will include:

* Act as the first point of contact for JasperRose including answering calls, taking messages & dealing with queries

* Act as a JasperRose “brand ambassador” when meeting and greeting clients and candidates

* Office administration including scanning, stationary requests and typing candidate CV notes

* Responsibility for formatting all candidate CVs

* Database management including coding candidates and adding new companies onto the system

* Supporting the Directors with making improvements to the database to increase efficiencies

* Sending employment contracts to contractors who have been placed by JasperRose

* Assisting with social media, playing a key role in developing and seeking out new social media opportunities to develop the JasperRose brand

Skills & Abilities required:

* Excellent communication skills with clear spoken English

* Ability to build relationships quickly including an ability to work confidently and professionally with our clients and candidates

* Clear and articulate telephone manner

* Proactive with a willingness to go the extra mile

* Meticulous and well organised

* Team player with an ability to work flexibly within a team; asking for and giving support when needed

* Ability to follow procedures and work towards deadlines
