Finance Assistant
Location: Manchester.
Salary: £19-24k pro rata dependent on experience, plus a Profit Share Bonus Scheme and Company Benefits Package
Contract: 2 to 3 days per weeks (circa 20 hours). Flexibility on working pattern. Fixed Term contract to end of March 2019 with a view to make permanent

We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our growing team in Manchester.
Main Responsibilities and Activities
• Process purchase invoices
• Manage debit and credit cards
• Manage petty cash
• Review supplier statements and track and manage supplier invoices
• Process employee expense claims
• Manage and review inbound Finance email account and phone enquiries
• Manage and maintain financial filing system
• Assisting with Month End procedures including posting journals and performing reconciliations
• Other ad hoc finance administration as required
What we need from you
• Experience working in a Finance Administration position for at least two years
• Experience using finance / accounting software packages
• Excellent Excel skills
• Good familiarity with the whole of Microsoft Office
• Experience handling a large volume of transactions
• Strong numeracy skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to be precise, organised and efficient
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• To be personable and enjoy working in a team
• A professional manner
• Self-motivation
• Ability to work independently
• A passion for sport, music or culture and in interest in what the agency does
