My client, a leader within their field, is currently recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist/Administrator to join their busy office based in Chertsey. This role is initially a temporary role for approx. 3 months however there could be potential for this to be extended further for the right candidate

The working hours for this role will be Monday to Friday 1pm to 5pm however the ideal candidate will have a little flexibility to work full time hours to cover sickness or holidays.

You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and staff that are entering the building therefore you must be well presented and have exceptional customer service skills. You will also answer all incoming calls to the main switchboard and transfer them to the relevant person.

You will also be responsible for general administration to support the wider facilities team as well as dealing with all incoming and outgoing post to the business.

Previous reception and administration experience is essential for this role as you will be the sole receptionist in the afternoon. You must be highly organised and be able to work to your own initiative.
