As Candidate Resourcer you’ll be responsible for candidate acquisition – finding the perfect candidates for our client’s job vacancies. You’ll be looking for people who not only have the skills and experience our clients’ need but are also a strong fit to their values and cultures. You will proactively track and continuously manage the candidate journey and constantly seek new business opportunities – using your tenacity and fabulous communication skills.

Key Activities will include:

* Pro-actively searching for candidates on internal database, LinkedIn and other CV sources

* Writing job advertisements and regular social media posts to attract candidates

* Researching new and existing Clients for new contacts

* Interview prospective candidates - telephone screening and qualification

* Constantly seek new methods/opportunities to attract candidates

* Develop an understanding of market rates and conditions within our sector

* Seek and provide feedback in a professional manner to candidates

To succeed in this role you will need:

* Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner

* Want to work in an environment where you will be rewarded based on your personal achievements

* Be target driven and motivated to maximise your earnings

* Want to learn and better yourself

* Ability to organise time and prioritise tasks

* IT proficient – ability to quickly learn new IT systems

* Able to quickly master advanced skills in Linkedin / job boards and other candidate portals

* Persistence, tenacity and a sense of urgency

* Excellent written English (accurate spelling and grammar)

* Ideally degree/graduate educated but at least A level standard
